警务化管理背景下的公安院校学生工作治理体系改革探析

Analysis on the Reform of Student Work Governance System in Public Security Colleges under the Background of Policing Management

党的十九届四中全会通过了《中共中央关于坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化若干重大问题的决定》。本次会议体现了新形势下对党和国家事业的深远考虑和科学谋划。公安院校学生工作既是公安院校治理的关键环节和重要内容,也是实现立德树人、为警育才的重要保障和有效途径。该文以公安院校学生工作治理体系改革为视角,梳理当前警务化管理背景下学生工作的短板与不足,分析了内在原因,并有针对性地提出改革的一些构想。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the CPC Central Committee's decision on some major issues concerning how to uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and advance the modernization of China's system and capacity for governance.This meeting embodies the far-reaching consideration and scientific planning of the cause of the Party and the State under the new situation.The work concerning students in public security colleges is not only a key link and the main content for governance in public security colleges,but also an important guarantee and effective way to foster integrity.From the perspective of the reform of student-concerning work governance system in public security colleges,this paper sorts out the shortcomings in work concerning students under the background of policing management,analyzes the internal reasons,and puts forward some reform ideas.
