基于SMART原则的研究生党支部书记培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Secretaries for Graduate Party Branches Based on the Application of the SMART Principle

研究生党支部是国家高素质人才培养的基层党组织,党支部书记工作能力的高低直接关系到能否有效发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用。如何培养党性修养高、知识体系全、履职能力强的党支部书记队伍是目前亟待解决的问题。该文运用SMART原则对研究生党支部书记培养过程进行分析,拟探讨研究生党支部书记培养的新模式。

The graduate Party branch is the most basic Party organization that cultivates high-quality talents in the country.The work ability of the secretaries for Party branches is directly related to whether Party branches can effectively play their role as a battle fortress.How to cultivate a team of Party branch secretaries with a high level of Party spirit,a complete knowledge system,and a strong ability to perform duties is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.By using the SMART principle to analyze the training process of secretaries for graduate Party branches,this paper intends explore a new model for the cultivation of secretaries for graduate Party branches.
