新时代高职院校劳动教育现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

德、智、体、美、劳“五育并举”,是新时代党和国家的教育方针。其中,劳动教育是国民教育体系的重要内容,是学生成长的必要途径。但是,当前很多高职院校在育人的过程中,都更多地注重“德、智、体、美”方面的教育,忽略了劳动教育。高职院校存在片面理解劳动教育内涵、劳动教育的内容不够深入、劳动教育课程体系不完善以及高职学生劳动意识薄弱等问题。基于此,该文将深入分析和研究,寻找问题的症结所在,提出相应改进措施。

The simultaneous education of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor is the education policy of the Party and the State in the new era.Among them,labor education is an important part of the national education system and a necessary way for students to grow up.However,in the process of educating people,many higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the education of"morality,intelligence,physique,and aesthetics"and neglect labor education.Currently,higher vocational colleges have problems such as one-sided understanding of the connotation of labor education,insufficient depth of labor education content,imperfect labor education curriculum system,and weak labor awareness of higher vocational students.Based on this,this paper will conduct in-depth analysis and research,find the crux of the problem,and propose improvement measures.
