摘要
近年来随着国家产业结构的调整和社会经济多元化发展,施工企业间的竞争越来越激烈,而人才流失已成为很多企业发展面临的一道难关。本文作者通过参建的新沟河延伸拓浚工程两个项目(江边枢纽闸站及水文设施房屋工程施工标、超标底泥疏浚及安全堆场工程),接触了解到项目上离职员工的相关信息,总结分析了施工企业人才流失的原因,以此为基础浅谈企业对人员引进、培养等方面的看法,并提出一些应对人才流失的措施,力求为施工企业人才管理提供帮助,推动企业健康稳定发展。
In recent years,with the adjustment of national industrial structure and the diversified development of social economy,the competition among construction enterprises has become more and more fierce,and talent loss has become a difficult problem for the development of many enterprises.Through the two projects of Xingou River Extension and Dredging Project(riverside junction station and hydrological facilities and housing project construction standards,excessive sediment dredging and safe storage yard project),relevant information about the employees who left the project was contacted and learned,and reasons for talent loss of construction enterprises were summarized and analyzed.On this basis,views of enterprises on personnel introduction and training were briefly discussed,and some measures to deal with the talent loss were put forward,so as to provide help for the talent management of construction enterprises and promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises.
