新型冠状病毒肺炎75例患者临床表现与影像特征分析

Novel coronavirus pneumonia:clinical and imaging features of 75 casesin Ningxia

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床表现和影像学特征及其关系。方法回顾性分析75例符合诊断标准的COVID-19患者的临床和影像学资料,所有病例均行胸部CT扫描。结果13例轻型COVID-19患者影像学表现无异常,临床症状较轻;普通型患者存在临床症状与影像学表现不一致的现象;重型和危重型患者临床症状与影像学表现基本一致。结论COVID-19的临床症状与影像学表现有一定的特征,其预后与影像学中病变的严重程度相关。

Objective To investigate the clinical and radiological features ofnovel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)and its relationship.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 75 patients with COVID-19 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 13 cases with mild COVID-19 had no abnormal imaging findings and mild clinical symptoms.The common patient had inconsistent clinical symptoms and imaging manifestations.The severe and critical patients had basically the same clinical symptoms and imaging manifestations.Conclusion The clinical symptoms and imaging findings of COVID-19 have some characteristics,and the prognosis of COVID-19 is related to the severity of lesions in imaging.
