三维超声联合磁共振在胎儿胼胝体发育不全中的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨三维超声联合磁共振在胎儿胼胝体发育不全中的诊断价值。方法以2017年9月至2018年12月在宁夏医科大学总医院产前诊断中心进行常规超声筛查及转诊的20097名孕妇为观察对象,对其中32例经三维超声怀疑及确诊胼胝体发育不全的胎儿于3 d内行磁共振检查,观察两种检查方法在胎儿胼胝体发育不全中的诊断价值。结果三维超声确诊胼胝体发育不全者23例,确诊单纯胼胝体发育不全者5例,其中完全性缺失者1例,部分性缺失者4例;疑似9例,后经磁共振检查均确诊为胼胝体发育不全。32例胎儿合并其他结构异常者27例,其中颅内结构异常胎儿18例(66.7%)。结论三维超声和磁共振对胎儿胼胝体发育不全均有较高的诊断价值,磁共振技术对胎儿部分性胼胝体发育不全诊断优于三维超声。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of 3D-ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal agenesis of the corpus callosum(ACC).Methods From September 2017 to December 2018,20097 cases for prenatal examinations in Prenatal Diagnosis Center of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected as subjects.Among them,2 fetuses suspected or confirmed by three-dimensional ultrasound were examined by magnetic resonance imaging within 3 days.The diagnostic value of the two methods in fetal agenesis of corpus callosum was observed.Results Twenty-three cases of ACC were confirmed by 3D-ultrasound,and 5 cases were confirmed by simple ACC,including 1 case of complete ACC and 4 cases of partial ACC.Nine suspected cases were diagnosed as ACC by MRI examination.Thirty-two fetuses had other structural abnormalities in 27 cases,including 18 fetuses with intracranial structural abnormalities(66.7%).Conclusion 3D-ultrasound and MRI have a high diagnostic value on fetal ACC,and MRI has a higher diagnostic value on partial ACC compared to 3D-ultrasound.
