水针刀联合艾灸治疗跗骨窦综合征临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Water-acupotomy Combined with Moxibustionin Treatment of Tarsal Sinus Syndrome

目的观察水针刀联合艾灸治疗跗骨窦综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年2月至2020年1月符合跗骨窦综合征诊断标准的70例患者临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予水针刀联合艾灸治疗,对照组给予推拿手法治疗,7 d为一个疗程,共两个疗程。治疗前后分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、踝-后足评分法(AOFAS)对两组患者进行评价。结果两组患者治疗前,VAS、AOFAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分较治疗前均降低(P均<0.05),且观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者AOFAS评分较治疗前增高(P均<0.05),且观察组AOFAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水针刀联合艾灸可有效缓解跗骨窦综合征患者临床症状,疗效优于推拿手法治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of water-acupotomy combined with moxibustion in the treatment of tarsal sinus syndrome.Methods Seventy patients with tarsal sinus syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group at a scale of 1∶1.The observation group was given water acupotomology combined with moxibustion treatment,and the control group was given massage treatment,7 d as a course of treatment,a total of two courses.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and ankle-hind foot scale(AOFAS)were used to evaluate the patients in the two groups before and after treatment.Results VAS and AOFAS scores were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P all<0.05),and VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The AOFAS score of patients in both groups was higher than that before treatment(P all<0.05),and the AOFAS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Water-acupotomy combined with moxibustion can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of tarsal sinus syndrome,and the curative effect is better than that of manipulation.
