骨化三醇、鲑鱼降钙素治疗肾性骨病对血清磷水平的影响

Effect of Calcitriol and Salmon calcitonin on serum phosphorus levels in the treatment of renal bone disease

目的:探讨骨化三醇、鲑鱼降钙素治疗肾性骨病对血清磷水平的影响。方法:选取肾性骨病患者58例,应用数字表法将其随机分为两组,对照组进行骨化三醇治疗,研究组进行骨化三醇联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗。比较两组患者疗效、血清钙、血清磷、钙磷乘积、不良反应。结果:研究组疗效好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血清钙、钙磷乘积及血清磷均小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为10.3%,对照组不良反应发生率为24.1%,研究组不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肾性骨病治疗中,骨化三醇联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗效果较好。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Calcitriol and Salmon calcitonin on serum phosphorus levels in the treatment of renal bone disease.Methods:A total of 58 patients with renal osteopathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the digital table method.The control group was treated with Calcitriol and the study group was treated with Calcitriol combined with Salmon calcitonin treatment.The efficacy,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,calcium and phosphorus product,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The product of serum calcium,calcium and phosphorus,and the serum phosphorus in the study group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions occurred in the study group was 10.3%,the control group in the incidence rate was 24.1%.The study group had less adverse reactions than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of renal bone disease,Calcitriol and Salmon calcitonin are effective.
