负压封闭引流治疗糖尿病足合并蜂窝织炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of negative pressure closeed drainage on diabetic foot with cellulitis

目的:分析负压封闭引流治疗糖尿病足合并蜂窝织炎的效果。方法:选择糖尿病足合并蜂窝织炎患者50例,用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组给予患者常规清创换药治疗法,观察组给予患者负压封闭引流治疗法。观察两组的治疗效果。结果:创面评分观察组高于对照组,换药疼痛评分观察组低于对照组,治疗有效率观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病合并蜂窝织炎治疗中应用负压封闭引流有助于患者感染创面的愈合,减轻患者的疼痛感,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of negative pressure closed drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot with cellulitis.Methods:50 patients with diabetic foot and cellulitis were selected,25 cases in control group and 25 cases in observation group.The control group was treated with routine debridement and dressing change,and the observation group was treated with negative pressure closeed drainage.The clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group of wound score was higher than that of the control group,the observation group of dressing change pain score was lower than that of the control group,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of negative pressure closeed drainage in the treatment of diabetes with cellulitis is helpful for wound healing of infection,reduce the pain of the patients,and improve the clinical treatment effect of the disease.
