EPO联合左卡尼汀对慢性肾衰竭维持腹膜透析患者的影响

Effects of EPO combined with L-carnitine on patients with chronic renal failure undergoing continuous peritoneal dialysis

目的:探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO)联合左卡尼汀对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)维持腹膜透析(CPD)患者的影响。方法:选取72例慢性肾衰竭维持腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),对照组给予EPO治疗,观察组采用EPO联合左卡尼汀治疗。比较两组治疗前后营养状态、炎症因子水平、生化指标。结果:观察组治疗后血清白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TF)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(Hct)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:EPO联合左卡尼汀能提高慢性肾衰竭维持腹膜透析患者的营养水平,缓解炎症反应,改善生化指标。

Objective:To explore the effects of Erythropoietin(EPO)combined with L-carnitine on patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)undergoing continuous peritoneal dialysis(CPD).Methods:A total of 72 CRF patients who underwent CPD were enrolled as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36)by random number table method.The control group was treated with EPO,while observation group was treated with EPO and L-carnitine.The nutritional status,levels of inflammatory factors and biochemical indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,serum albumin(Alb),prealbumin(PA)and transferrin(TF)in observation group were all higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(Hct)were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:EPO combined with L-carnitine can improve the nutritional level,relieve inflammation response and improve biochemical indexes in CRF patients undergoing CPD.
