修正性内镜鼻窦手术治疗复发性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床价值

Clinical Value of Revision Endoscopic Sinusitis Surgery in the Treatment of Recurrent Rhinosinusitis

目的:分析修正性内镜鼻窦手术(RESS)治疗复发性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年1月因复发性鼻窦炎于本院进行治疗的148例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(78例)与对照组(70例)。观察组采用修正性内镜鼻窦手术治疗,对照组采用传统手术治疗。对比两组不同手术治疗方式下临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况及复发率。结果:观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后均未出现并发症。结论:针对复发性鼻-鼻窦炎采用修正性内镜鼻窦手术可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,且该手术方式临床应用安全性高,推广价值较为显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of revision endoscopic sinusitis surgery (RESS) in the treatment of recurrent rhinosinusitis.Method:A total of 148 patients with recurrent rhinosinusitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were divided into the observation group (78 cases) and the control group (70 cases) by random number table method.The observation group was treated by RESS,while the control group was treated by traditional surgery.The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).No postoperative complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion:RESS for recurrent rhinosinusitis can effectively improve patients’ clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect.The clinical application of this surgical method is safe and the promotion value is more significant.
