中药封包联合振动排痰护理对昏迷患者肺部感染的干预作用研究

Study on the Intervention Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Package Combined with Vibratory Sputum Discharge Nursing on Pulmonary Infection in Coma Patients

目的:分析中药封包联合振动排痰护理对昏迷患者肺部感染的干预作用。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的昏迷肺部感染患者160例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组给予振动排痰护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加中药封包护理。比较两组护理前后体温、血氧饱和度、白细胞计数、治疗效果。结果:观察组护理后体温、血氧饱和度、白细胞计数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合振动排痰护理对昏迷肺部感染患者的效果确切,可有效控制患者肺部炎症,改善血气情况。

Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with vibratory sputum discharge nursing on pulmonary infection in coma patients.Method:A total of 160 patients with coma and pulmonary infection admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 80 patients in each group.The control group was given vibratory sputum discharge nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine package nursing on the basis of the control group.The body temperature,blood oxygen saturation,white blood cell count before and after nursing and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the body temperature,blood oxygen saturation and white blood cell count in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine package combined with vibratory sputum discharge nursing has exact effect on coma patients with pulmonary infection,which can effectively control pulmonary inflammation and improve blood gas condition.
