胸腰椎骨折采取经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术治疗的临床效果 被引量:4

Clinical Effect of Thoracolumbar Fractures Treated by Posterior Transpedicular Instrumentation of Bone Graft and Vertebral Pedicle Screws

摘要 目的:探讨经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法:挑选2017年3月-2019年3月本院收治的70例胸腰椎骨折患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组采用跨伤椎后路复位术治疗,观察组选择经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术,就两组疗效展开讨论。结果:两组手术用时、术中出血量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后与术后6个月的椎体前缘高度、Cobb角度数相比,观察组都远优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后6个月VAS评分比较,观察组比对照组要低(P<0.05)。结论:采用经伤椎椎弓根植骨置钉后路复位内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折,可以有效改善病情。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thoracolumbar fractures treated by posterior transpedicular instrumentation of bone graft and vertebral pedicle screws.Method:A total of 70 cases with single thoracolumbar fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated traditional inter vertebral posterior reduction and internal fixation.The observation group was treated by posterior transpedicular instrumentation of bone graft and vertebral pedicle screws.The clinical effect of two groups were compared.Result:There were no statistical differences were found in the total operation time,blood loss between two groups (P>0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After operation and 6 months after operation,the VAS score,Cobb angle and vertebral height in the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The VAS score 6 months after operation in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The posterior transpedicular instrumentation of bone graft and vertebral pedicle screws applied to thoracolumbar fracture patients,which has received better clinical effect.
