活血散瘀汤联合阿维A胶囊对寻常型银屑病(血瘀证)的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Huoxue Sanyu Decoction Combined with Acitretin Capsules on Psoriasis Vulgaris (Blood Stasis Syndrome)

目的:探讨活血散瘀汤联合阿维A胶囊对寻常型银屑病(血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法:将2017年5月-2019年6月福州经济技术开发区医院130例寻常型银屑病(血瘀证)患者分为研究组和对照组,各65例。对照组采用阿维A胶囊治疗。研究组采用活血散瘀汤联合阿维A胶囊治疗。采用银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(psoriasis area severity index,PASI)评估病情。采用皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)评估生存质量。检测两组治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、白介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)水平。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β低于对照组,研究组PASI评分、DLQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血散瘀汤能提高寻常型银屑病(血瘀证)的临床疗效,改善生存质量,可能与降低炎症反应有关。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Sanyu Decoction combined with Acitretin Capsules on psoriasis vulgaris (blood stasis syndrome).Method:A total of 130 patients with psoriasis vulgaris (blood stasis syndrome) from May 2017 to June 2019 in the Hospital of Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone were divided into the study group and the control group,65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acitretin Capsules.The study group was treated with Huoxue Sanyu Decoction combined with Acitretin Capsules.Psoriasis area severity index (PASI) were used to assess the patients’ condition.Dermatology life quality index (DLQI) was used to assess the quality of life.The levels of serum C-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) were measured before and after treatment in the two groups.Result:The total therapeutic effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and IL-1β of the two groups decreased significantly than those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and IL-1β in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the PASI score and DLQI score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Sanyu Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of psoriasis vulgaris (blood stasis syndrome),which may be related to the reduction of inflammatory reaction.
