摘要
本文主要通过在预焙阳极表面喷涂纳米陶瓷基高温防氧化涂层材料的方法进行阳极防氧化试验,并对试验结果进行分析。试验结果表明:阳极防氧化涂层材料的使用可延长阳极换极周期24~32 h;涂层材料在保持阳极几何外形规整性方面有较好的作用;涂层阳极的使用可有效降低电解槽炭渣量,防氧化防掉渣效果明显;涂层材料的使用对原铝质量基本无影响。
In this paper,the anode oxidation prevention test is carried out by spraying nano-ceramic-based high-temperature oxidation prevention coating material on the prebaked anode surface,the test results of which are analyzed.The test results show that the use of anode oxidation prevention coating materials can extend the anode rod changing cycle by 24~32 h;the coating material plays a positive role in maintaining the regularity of the anode geometry;the use of the coated anodes can effectively reduce the amount of carbon slag in the aluminum pot,with an obvious effect to prevent against oxidation and slag;and the use of coating materials has basically no effect on the aluminum quality.
