创新要素集聚、空间溢出效应与区域企业群发展

Innovation Factors Agglomeration,Space Spillover Effect and Development of Regional Enterprise Cluster

随着创新驱动发展战略的不断深入实施,区域企业集群正在通过创新来引领新一轮的发展和成长,本文在创新要素集聚与区域企业集群发展关系的研究基础上,引入了创新空间扩散的调节效应,通过对浙江省11个地级市的实证研究深度剖析了创新空间溢出效应对于创新要素集聚与区域企业集群发展存在显著的正向促进作用,研究结论揭示了新形势、新格局下,地方不仅要加大对创新要素的吸引力度,同时要加快提升自身技术创新溢出的吸收能力,从而更好地推动创新资源跨区域协同,推动城市之间的协同发展,构建良好的竞争合作生态。

With the deepening implementation of innovation driven development strategy,regional enterprise cluster is leading a new round of development and growth through innovation.Based on the research of the relationship between innovation factors agglomeration and regional enter⁃prise cluster development,this paper introduced the adjustment effect of spatial diffusion.Through an empirical study of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province,it analyzed in depth that innova⁃tion spatial spillover effect had a significant positive role in promoting innovation factors agglom⁃eration and regional enterprise cluster development.The research conclusion revealed that un⁃der the new situation and the new pattern,the local government need to not only strengthen the attractiveness of innovation factors,but also accelerate the self absorbing ability of technology in⁃novation spillover,so as to better improve the cross-regional collaboration of innovation resourc⁃es,promote the coordinated development among cities,and create a good competitive and coop⁃erative ecology.
