摘要
随着畜牧生产集约化程度的加深,由于生产条件不匹配,导致动物免疫力下降、抗生素滥用、疫苗效价降低等一系列问题。植物提取物因具有来源广、毒副作用低、环境亲和力高等优点,日益受到畜牧生产者的重视。文章综述了植物多糖、黄酮和异黄酮、皂苷、多酚等对家禽免疫机能的调节功效,以期为植物提取物应用于家禽生产的研究或推广提供理论参考。
With the intensification of livestock production, the mismatch of production conditions has led to a series of problems such as the decline of animal immunity, the abuse of antibiotics, and the reduction of vaccine potency. Plant extracts are increasingly being valued by livestock producers due of their wide sources, low toxic and side effects and high environmental affinity. This article reviews the regulatory effects of plant polysaccharides, flavonoids and isoflavone, saponins, polyphenols, etc. On poultry immune function, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the research or promotion of plant extracts in poultry production.
