超临界锅炉安装过程中焊接工艺评定探讨

Discussion on Welding Procedure Qualification of Supercritical Boiler Installation

焊接工艺评定是安装单位综合焊接技术能力的体现,其能否覆盖安装现场所需要部件的焊缝,取决于相关人员对法规的准确理解、对标准合理运用。本文结合超临界锅炉安装过程中几种典型例子,依据TSG G0001-2012《锅炉安全技术监察规程》和N B/T 47014—2011《承压设备焊接工艺评定》,梳理了用于覆盖现场的焊接工艺评定的理解思路,探讨了焊接因素之间关系和评定规则,并提出了一些建议,为安装单位焊接技术人员和监督检验人员提供帮助。

Welding process qualification is the embodiment of the comprehensive welding technical ability for the installation unit.Whether it would be covering the welding seam of the required parts in the installation site depended on engineering technicians accurately understanding of the Regulation and reasonably applying of the Standards.The paper illustrated several typical examples in the process of supercritical boiler installation,according to TSG G0001—2012 Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Administration Regulation and NB/T 47014—2011 Welding Procedure Qualification for pressure equipment,which detailed way of understanding for covering installation site of welding procedure qualification and discussed the relationship between welding factors and rules to put forward some proposals,that provided help for welding engineers of installation and inspector.
