Special Equipment Management of Traffic Engineering based on Risk Level Management and Control and Hidden Danger Investigation

本文从特种设备的“人、机、法、环、管理”五大要素着手,总结了一套适合交通工程施工单位安全管理要求的特种设备隐患排查与治理流程,构建风险分级管控与隐患排查治理体系,将风险管控关口前移、有效预防事故,为特种设备安全管理提供了一种新模式。

This paper starts from the five elements of"human,machine,law,environment and management"of special equipment,summarizes a set of special equipment hidden danger investigation and treatment process suitable for the safety management requirements of traffic engineering construction units,construction of risk hierarchical control and hidden danger investigation and control system,move the risk control gate forward and effectively prevent accidents,it provides a new mode for safety management of special equipment.
