结合国际指南,探究胎盘植入性疾病诊治进展

Review on placenta accreta spectrum based on international guidelines

胎盘植入性疾病是指绒毛异常侵入子宫肌层的一类疾病。近年来由于剖宫产手术增加等原因,胎盘植入发病率逐渐增加。国际妇产科联盟、美国妇产科医师协会、英国皇家妇产科协会以及加拿大妇产科协会相继发布了胎盘植入相关指南,以提高其诊断准确率及治疗效果,从而改善母儿结局。本文就以上指南及国内外研究进展进行综述,为胎盘植入的诊治提供参考。

Placenta accreta spectrum(PAS)refers to the abnormal invasion of placental trophoblast into the uterine myometrium,which has an increasing incidence in recent years due mainly to the increase of cesarean section as well as other reasons.International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO),American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists(ACOG),Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists(RCOG)and Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada(SOGC)have issued guidelines to improve the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic options for this disease,in order to decrease maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality.This article reviews these guidelines and the latest evidence at home and abroad in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of PAS.
