宫颈脱落滋养细胞的富集及应用研究进展

宫颈脱落的滋养细胞能提供胎儿完整的遗传信息,以及与胎盘功能不全相关的不良妊娠结局的信息。现综述宫颈脱落滋养细胞的取样、鉴定、分离富集方法,以及产前检测应用的相关研究进展,以期探讨将其作为一种无创产前检测样本的可行性。

Trophoblasts shedding from the cervix,with intact nuclear DNA,can provide complete genetic information of the fetus and can even predict adverse pregnancy outcomes related to placental dysfunction.In this review,we discuss the progress of techniques for the sampling,identification,isolation and enrichment of the trophoblast cells shedding from the cervix and its value in prenatal diagnosis and explore the feasibility of recovering trophoblasts from the cervix as a non-invasive prenatal detection sample.
