摘要
随着互联网的发展,企业平台化发展逐渐成为趋势,平台化可以为企业开发更多的冗余价值,是企业商业模式创新的新途径。通过分析新一代消费者的特点,用系统动力学方法对企业、消费者和平台集进行关系分析,构建完整的企业交流平台影响系统。通过数据分析、仿真模拟能够看出,消费领域的企业可以建立交流平台、实现企业平台化,在交流平台上了解消费者需求,改进自身不足,实现企业和消费者的价值共创,进一步创新企业的商业模式。
The development of the Internet makes it a trend to build enterprise platforms that can develop more redundant values for enterprises,which is a very good direction for business model innovation.By analyzing the characteristics of the new generation consumers,this paper u-ses the system dynamics method to analyze the relationship between the enterprise,the consumers,and the platform set,and then it builds a complete enterprise communication platform impact sys-tem.The data is analyzed and simulated.The research finds that consumer-oriented enterprises can realize enterprise platformization by establishing communication platforms that will help them capture consumer curiosity,improve the interaction between enterprises and consumers,and im-prove existing deficiencies,so that their business models can be innovated further.
