摘要
综述烟气净化用高温过滤材料功能化的研究现状。介绍了高温过滤材料在阻燃、防静电、耐酸碱、耐氧化、耐水解、除有毒有害物质等功能性提升方面的研究进展。重点分析了高温过滤材料除尘脱硝一体化技术的影响因素。指出了目前高温过滤材料研究中所面临的瓶颈问题。认为:采用过滤材料负载催化剂的方式,协同去除多种污染物,是未来高温过滤材料的发展方向。
The functional study status of high temperature filter material for flue gas purification was reviewed.The research progress of functional improvements for high temperature filter material in flame retardation,anti-static,acid and alkali resistance,oxidative resistance,hydrolysis resistance,removing toxic&harmful substance and so on were introduced.The influence factors of dedusting&denitration integrated technology in high temperature filter material were emphatically analyzed.The bottleneck problems facing in current high temperature filter material study were pointed out.It is considered that adopting the way of immobilized catalyst of the filter material and synergistically removing multiple contaminants are the development direction of future high temperature filter materials.
