智能落纱小车的应用体会

Application Experience of Intelligent Doffing Car

为提高细纱工序的落纱效率,减轻员工的劳动强度,介绍了SOBONE‐S9型智能落纱小车在细纱短车上的应用效果;对3种落纱方式进行了对比,突出了智能落纱小车在细纱短车上的改造优势。指出:智能落纱小车具有落纱效率高、停台时间短、留头率高等特点,能减轻员工的劳动强度,可辅助细纱短车实现自动化、智能化。认为:采用智能落纱小车可进一步减少落纱用工,可使用原机配套的锭子和纱管,对纺织企业减少成本消耗和增加效益有一定的促进作用;在使用中应加强对智能落纱小车的维护保养。

In order to improve doffing efficiency in spinning process and reduce labor intensity of employees,application effect of SOBONE-S9 intelligent doffing car on short spinning frame was introduced.Three doffing methods were compared,advantages of intelligent doffing car on short spinning frame modification were highlighted.It was pointed out that intelligent doffing car had the characteristics of higher doffing efficiency,shorter standing time and higher end retention rate,which could reduce labor intensity of employees and assisted the spinning frame to realize automation and intelligence.It is considered that use of intelligent doffing car can further reduce labor for doffing,spindles and bobbins matched with the original machine can be used,which will promote the reduction of cost consumption and increase benefits of textile enterprises,maintenance of intelligent doffing car in use should be strengthened.
