探讨一款莱赛尔棉色织起绉织物的生产技术。以莱赛尔11.8 tex纱与棉11.8 tex纱为经纬纱,介绍了对经纬纱的质量要求、色纱排列和织物规格等。阐述了产品设计思路。重点对纱线染色、络筒、整经、浆纱、织造及后整理等工序的生产工艺与关键生产技术进行了总结。最终保证了产品的顺利生产,织机效率达到85%左右,下机一等品率达92%以上,入库一等品率为99%以上。认为:织物经整理后,吸湿透气,手感柔软,适用于制作夏季女装。

Production technology of a lyocell cotton yarn-dyed crepe fabric was discussed.Lyocell 11.8 tex yarn and cotton 11.8 tex yarn were used as warp and weft.Warp and weft quality requirements,colored yarn arrangement and fabric specification were introduced.Design ideas of the product were explained.Production process and key production technology of yarn dyeing,winding,warping,sizing,weaving and finishing were mainly summarized.In the end,successful production of the product was guaranteed.Loom efficiency was reached about 85%,the first-class product rate after processing was reached over 92%and the storage first-class product rate was reached over 99%.It is considered that after finishing,fabric is moisture-absorbing and breathable,hand feeling is soft,which is suitable for making summer women′s clothing.
