摘要
探索弹力包芯纱产品的开发、应用研究现状和未来发展趋势。阐述了单芯结构、双芯结构和纳米结构3类弹力包芯纱的产品开发特点;详细介绍了功能性弹力包芯纱应用场景与产品应用研究进展;并对弹力包芯纱的未来开发趋势进行了展望。研究结果表明:通过原料选配、纱线结构设计及成纱过程控制,可实现差别化、功能性弹力包芯纱开发,确保纱线呈现优越弹性的同时,又发挥包覆纱线的特性。认为:弹力包芯纱的开发能够满足不同场景下的产品应用需要,同时要注重开发的成本控制。
Development,application research status and future development trend of elastic core-spun yarn product were studied.Product development characteristics of three types elastic core-spun yarns with single-core structure,double-core structure and nano-structure were described.Application scenarios and product application research progress of functional elastic core-spun yarn were introduced in detail.Future development trend of elastic core-spun yarn was outlooked.The research results showed that the development of differentiated and functional elastic core-spun yarns can be realized through the selection of raw materials,yarn structure design and yarn forming process control,ensuring the yarn exhibits superior elasticity while also exerting properties of the covered yarn.It is considered that the development of elastic core-spun yarn can meet the needs of product application in different scenarios,while the cost control of development should be paid attention to.
