摘要
2020年春一场疫情叫停了全球邮轮旅游,今后一段时期将形成与新冠病毒长期共存的旅游局面,步入旅游的后疫情时代。本文对后疫情时代我国邮轮旅游产业的发展进行了SWOT分析,认为我国邮轮旅游产业虽然存在设计能力不足、运营复杂等问题,将面临洗牌压力、市场回温缓慢、人员流失等威胁,但具有区位、市场和营销优势,有望在我国防疫取得重大成果的背景下率先复航,引领市场先机。文章最后从政策扶持、全产业链、邮轮命运共同体、营销模式、产品开发、人才储备等方面提出对策,希望能有助于我国邮轮行业在危境中看到先机,实现有序复航和跨越式发展。
In the spring of 2020,an epidemic stopped the global cruise tourism,and a long-term coexistence with the new coronavirus will be formed in the coming period of tourism,entering the post-epidemic era of tourism.This paper makes a SWOT analysis of the development of China’s cruise tourism industry in the post-epidemic era,and concludes that although China’s cruise tourism industry has problems such as insufficient design capacity and complex operation,it will face the threat of shuffle pressure,slow market warming up,loss of personnel and so on,but it has the advantage of location,market and marketing,and is expected to take the lead in resuming navigation and leading the market in the context of China’s major achievements in epidemic prevention.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of policy support,whole industry chain,cruise ship community,marketing model,product development,talent reserve and so on;we will achieve orderly resumption of navigation and development by leaps and bounds.
