摘要
为研究哈密褐煤自燃特性,采用TG-DSC联用实验研究哈密褐煤自燃过程.根据TG曲线得到哈密褐煤自燃的失重特性,根据特征温度点,将自燃过程划分阶段.根据DSC曲线得到不同自燃阶段放热量.结果表明:哈密褐煤自燃TG曲线随煤温升高呈先增再减再增而后迅速减小的变化趋势,自燃过程分为蒸发脱附、增重和燃烧3个阶段.DSC曲线随煤温升高呈先升再降再升的变化趋势,蒸发脱附阶段的吸热量为0.37 J/g,增重阶段的放热量为4.92 J/g,燃烧阶段的放热量为122.36 J/g.
TG-DSC combined experiment was used to study the spontaneous combustion process of Hami lignite in order to investigate its spontaneous combustion characteristics.According to TG curve,the weight loss characteristics of Hami lignite spontaneous combustion were obtained,and the spontaneous combustion process was divided into stages according to the characteristic temperature point.According to the DSC curve,the heat release in different spontaneous combustion stages was obtained.The results show that the spontaneous combustion TG curve of Hami lignite presents a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,then increasing,and then rapidly decreasing with the increase of coal temperature.The spontaneous combustion process can be divided into three stages as follows:evaporation desorption,weight gain and combustion.The DSC curve can be seen to increases first,then decreases and then rises with the increase of coal temperature.The heat absorption in the evaporation and desorption stage is 0.37 J/g;the heat release in the weight gain stage and in the combustion stage is 4.92 and 122.36 J/g,respectively.
