热处理工艺对低合金耐磨钢组织和硬度的影响 被引量:4

The effect of heat treatment process on the structure and hardness of the low alloy wear-resistant steel

摘要 设计了一种新型多元低合金高强度耐磨钢并冶炼获得钢锭,钢锭经锻造和热处理后进行显微组织观察和硬度分析,研究了淬火和回火温度对实验钢显微组织和硬度的影响.同时,对其奥氏体晶粒度进行分析与测定.实验结果表明;低合金高强度耐磨钢在相同的回火温度下,随着淬火温度的提高,试样金相组织明显粗化,并且硬度降低;在920℃的淬火温度下,随着回火温度的提高,硬度也在降低.最佳的淬火和回火工艺:在920℃保温30 min水淬+150℃保温1 h回火处理后,试样晶粒细小,其显微组织为回火板条马氏体+少量下贝氏体+铁素体,其硬度为52.8HRC. A new type of multi-element low alloy high strength wear-resistant steel was designed and the ingot was obtained by smelting.The structure and hardness of the ingot were analyzed after forging and heat treatment.The effect of different quenching and tempering temperatures on the structure and properties of the multi-element low alloy wear-resistant steel was studied.Meanwhile,the austenite grain size was analyzed and measured.The results showed that the microstructure of the low alloy high-strength wear-resistant steel coarsened obviously and the hardness decreased with the increase of quenching temperature at the same tempering temperature,and the hardness decreased with the increase of tempering temperature at 920℃.The best quenching and tempering process is as follows:quenched at 920℃for 30 minutes by water and tempered at 150℃for 1 hour.After the above-mentioned process,the grain of the sample is fine,its microstructure is tempered lath Martensite with a small amount of lower Bainite and ferrite,and its hardness is 52.8 HRC.
