With the continuous development of society,people pay more and more attention to the cultural construction of archives.Archives are closely related to people’s work,life and study.The construction of archives culture plays an active role in the development of socialist culture.At present,the construction of archives culture in China is an arduous and long-term macro strategic development goal.The archival industry and archivists should shoulder the major responsibility of cultural construction,clarify the work direction,change the concept of responsibility,and promote the effective development of archives culture construction.
