摘要
为研究褪黑素对湖羊精液冷冻保存效果的影响,以不添加褪黑素的冷冻稀释液为实验对照组和添加不同浓度(10、20、30 mg/mL)褪黑素冷冻稀释液为试验1~3组,对湖羊精液进行冷冻试验.将各组湖羊冻精解冻后,检测湖羊的精子活力、顶体完整率,以及湖羊精浆中的谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)含量.试验2组的研究结果表明:湖羊精液冷冻解冻后,精浆中的精子活力显著提高(P<0.05),顶体完整率极显著提高(P<0.01),GSH极显著升高(P<0.01),MDA生成量极显著降低(P<0.01).说明在湖羊精液冷冻稀释液中添加20 mg/mL褪黑素能显著提高湖羊精液的冷冻保存效果.
In order to investigate the effect of melatonin on cryopreservation of Hu Sheep semen,a research was carried out among different groups of Hu Sheep semen,and freezing extenders without melatonin was the control group,and freezing extenders supplemented with different concentrations of melatonin(10,20,30 mg/mL)were the test group 1~3 in this study.Hu Sheep semens were frozen with above freezing extenders,then the sperm motility,acrosome integrity rate,glutathione(GSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of seminal plasma were tested after thawing.The results showed that compared with the control group,the sperm motility of the test group 2 frozen semen was significantly increased after thawing(P<0.05),the acrosome integrity rate was extremely significantly improved(P<0.01),the GSH content was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the MDA content was extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01).It was concluded that the addition of melatonin at the concentration of 20 mg/mL in the freezing extenders could significantly improve the cryopreservation effect of Hu Sheep semen.
