湖州“绿色智造”政产学研用协同创新体系构建研究

On the Construction of Collaborative Innovation System of“Green and Intelligent Manufacturing”of Government,Industry,University,Research and Application in Huzhou

从政府、企业、高校院所、市场4个协同创新主体角度阐述湖州"绿色智造"政产学研用协同创新体系的现实需要,分析湖州政产学研用协同创新体系发展现状,以及协同创新体系在制度建设、技术创新引领、企业主体地位、市场作用发挥等方面存在的问题,并从发挥政府引导作用、企业主体作用、高校院所引领作用、市场导向作用4个方面提出构建政产学研用协同创新体系的对策建议.

This paper analyzes the practical needs of Huzhou manufacturing industry to construct the collaborative innovation system of government,industry,research and application from the perspective of government,enterprises,colleges and universities and market.And it analyzes the development status of Huzhou municipal industry university research application collaborative innovation system as well as the problems existing in the system construction,technology innovation leading,enterprise dominant position,market function and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of the collaborative innovation system of government,industry,university,research and application from four aspects:the government's guiding role,the enterprise’s main role,the leading role of colleges and universities and the market-oriented role.
