海绵城市理念在东营燃煤电厂中的应用

摘要 针对大唐东营发电厂2×1000 MW超超临界机组新建工程实际情况,合理应用海绵城市理念,提出“海绵城市”建设目标和防止水体污染措施,通过对雨水量计算及年可利用雨水量估算,对雨水储存、处理和利用方式进行分析和探讨,实现节约淡水水源供水量,减少初期雨水污染物排放。 Based on the practical situation of the new construction project of 2×1000 MW ultra-supercritical units in Shandong Datang Dongying Power Plant,the concept of sponge city is reasonably applied.This paper puts forward the construction goal of"sponge city"and the measures to prevent water pollution.Through the calculation of the amount of rainwater and the estimation of annual available rainwater,the storage,treatment and utilization of rainwater are analyzed and discussed,so as to realize the saving of fresh water supply and reduce the initial discharge of rainwater pollutants.
