摘要
通过多巴胺聚合反应对芳纶短纤维表面改性,然后借助湿法混炼技术制备芳纶纤维增强丁腈橡胶复合材料,系统研究了芳纶纤维含量、纤维表面改性程度及纤维分散性等因素对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:在多巴胺混合溶液中添加过硫酸钠后,芳纶纤维表面改性程度得到提高,有效地改善了芳纶纤维/丁腈橡胶的界面性能;随着芳纶纤维添加量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和定伸应力先增大后减小,而断裂伸长率则单调递减。
A composite of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)reinforced by aramid fiber(AF)via dopamine(DA)modification was prepared by means of wet mixing technology.The performance was systematically investigated by exploring the effects of fiber content,degree of surface modification of AF,and dispersion state of fibers.We found that,by adding sodium persulfate into DA solution,the adhesion of NBR/AF interface was greatly improved due to the enhancement of the degree of chemical modification on AF surface.Additionally,both tensile strength and stress at a given elongation increased firstly along with increasing AF content,and then decreased afterward.In contrast,the elongation at break declined monotonically.
