摘要 氟橡胶(FKM)具有优异的耐高温性、耐老化性,但其力学性能不佳,使其在军工行业生产中受到了很大限制。本文综述了白炭黑与多孔填料硅藻土共同改性氟橡胶力学性能研究,介绍了国内外学者对填料改性氟橡胶复合材料的研究,比较了白炭黑、硅藻土和硅藻土/白炭黑填料协同改性氟橡胶复合材料的研究现状,同时也比较了国内外氟橡胶改性的研究现状,并对硅藻土/白炭黑/FKM复合材料的前景进行了展望。 Fluorinated rubber(FKM)has excellent high temperature resistance and heat aging resistance,but its poor mechanical properties have greatly limited its production in the military industry.It was reviewed that the mechanical properties of FKM was modified by silica and porous diatomite filler together in this work,and the domestic and foreign research status of filler modified fluorine rubber composites was also introduced.The research status of fluorine rubber composites modified by silica,diatomite and diatomite/silica filler at home and abroad was compared.And the prospect of the diatomite/silica/FKM composites was put forward.
