摘要
采用微波辅助方法分别提取蒺藜叶和果实中的黄酮和皂苷成分,结果表明,蒺藜叶中黄酮和皂苷的含量明显高于果实,因此,研究选择蒺藜叶作为原料,总黄酮和皂苷的最佳提取条件为φ(乙醇)=70%,提取温度70℃,m(提取液)∶m(原料)=70,提取时间20 min。该条件下总黄酮的提取率为0.69%,总皂苷提取率为2.03%,与预测值基本吻合,说明所建回归模型能很好地预测蒺藜中黄酮和皂苷的提取率,可为相关研究和工业化生产工艺条件的优化提供借鉴和参考。
The microwave-assisted method was used to extract the total flavonoids and saponins in Tribulus terrestris leaves and fruits,and the content of active ingredients in the leaves and fruits was compared.The flavonoid and saponin extraction rate was used as the response value,and the response surface method was used to optimize the experimental conditions.The results showed that the content of flavonoids and saponins in Tribulus terrestris leaves was significantly higher than that of fruits.Therefore,in this study,Tribulus terrestris leaves were selected as the raw materials.The optimal extraction conditions for total flavonoids and saponins were ethanol concentration 70%,extraction temperature 70℃,liquid-to-material ratio 70,extraction time 20 min,the extraction rate of total flavonoids under this condition is 0.69%,the extraction rate of total saponins is 2.03%,which is basically consistent with the predicted value.It is found that the established regression model can well predict the extraction rate of flavonoids and saponins from Tribulus terrestris,and can provide reference for related research and optimization of industrial production process conditions.
