摘要
本课题在对河北省疾控中心高层次人才的现状进行详细调研的基础上,利用管理学中的激励理论,构建新冠肺炎疫情背景下基于年薪制的疾控高层次人才激励机制,制定新冠肺炎疫情背景下基于年薪制的疾控高层次人才激励管理办法。疾控中心的高层次人才激励管理办法主要由"年薪制"实施办法、"博士津贴"发放办法、"岗位"聘用办法和考核办法等一揽子具体办法构成。
Based on the detailed investigation of High-level talents’status for disease control in Hebei province,the incentive mechanism for High-level talents for disease control based on annual salary system under the COVID-19 outbreak is established,the incentive management method for High-level talents for disease control based on annual salary system under the COVID-19 outbreak is formulated.The incentive management method for High-level talents for disease control is mainly composed of measures for the implementation of annual salary system,payment method of doctoral allowance,post-employment method,assessment method and so on.
