礼仪文化融入高职院校人才培养路径研究与实践——以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例

Research and Practice on the Integration of Etiquette Culture into Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Shaanxi Railway Institute for example

礼仪文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是中华民族几千年来文明智慧的结晶,在规范个人生活行为,涵养道德情操,促进社会文明发展中发挥了重要作用。本文以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院铁路客运类人才礼仪文化教育实践为例,介绍了礼仪文化育人机制建立、实践路径及取得成效情况,为高职院校挖掘中华优秀传统礼仪文化育人内涵,创新育人机制和路径实践,培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人提供借鉴。

As an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,etiquette culture is the crystallization of Chinese civilization and wisdom for thousands of years.It plays an important role in regulating personal life behavior,cultivating moral sentiment and promoting the development of social civilization.Taking the etiquette culture education practice of railway passenger transport talents in Shaanxi Railway Institute as an example,this paper introduces the establishment of etiquette culture education mechanism,practice path and achievements,which provides reference for higher vocational colleges to excavate the connotation of Chinese excellent traditional etiquette culture education,innovate the education mechanism and path practice,and cultivate the new generation with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.
