摘要
硫酸锰溶液是锰冶炼过程中的中间产品,浸出液中金属杂质的去除对深加工的锰产品质量有重要影响,铁是主要杂质之一。选择钾铁矾法探究氧化锰矿浸出液中铁的去除工艺。结果表明,当反应时间为2 h,反应温度为100℃,初始pH值为2.5,硫酸钾用量为10 g时,除铁率为94.2%。该方法及相关参数可为锰的湿法冶炼过程中铁的去除提供参考。
Leaching solution of manganese ore was the intermediate product in the process of manganese smelting.The removing of other metals had an important impact on the deep processing manganese products.Iron was one of the main impurities.Jarosite process was employed to remove the iron in the leaching solution of pyrolusite.The results showed that the removing rate of iron reached 94.2%under the optical conditions:reaction time 2 h,reaction temperature 100℃,initial pH 2.5,mass of potassium sulfate 10 g.The method and related parameters can provide reference for iron removal in manganese hydrometallurgical process.
