摘要
以四氧化三锰和碳酸锰为原料,加入五氧化二铌添加剂,采用高温固相合成锰酸锂,在40 m轨道窑炉和马弗炉分别进行温度不同、掺铌量不同的烧结实验,在改变烧结窑炉的情况下,对其烧结样进行理化性能分析、扣电性能分析。结果表明:40 m轨道窑炉烧结的实验样品要比马弗炉烧结的实验样品性能要更加良好,此时,可以得出实验的n(Li)/n(Mn)摩尔最佳配比为0.54,五氧化二铌掺杂量为0.7%,烧结温度为780℃。此时获得的最好结果为:1 C的放电容量为126.7 mA·h/g,50次循环保持率为94.46%,压实密度为3.08 g/cm^3,D50为14.15μm。该试验为生产高压实密度、高容量型锰酸锂提供依据。
In this experiment,lithium manganate was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction by using manganese trioxide and manganese carbonate as raw materials.It adds Niobium pentoxide additive in sintering experiments carried out at different temperatures with different content of niobium in lithium manganate kiln and muffle furnace respectively.In the case of changing the sintering furnace,the physical and chemical properties and electrical properties of the sintered sample are analyzed.The experimental results show that the properties of samples sintered in lithium manganate kiln are better than those sintered in muffle furnace.At this point,the optimum ratio of n(Li)/n(Mn)is 0.54.The best results obtained are:the discharge capacity of 1 C is 126.7 mA·h/g,The retention rate of 50 cycles is 94.46%,compaction density is 3.08 g/cm^3,D50 is 14.15μm.The test provides a basis for the production of high compaction density and high capacity lithium manganate.
