摘要
电解锰的生产在中国已有60多年历史,工艺技术和装备随着产能的增加在不断进步,但是生产核心装备——电解槽的技术进步不大。针对目前电解槽现状,研究解决电解槽清槽时的脏、乱、差问题;解决电解槽电解反应混乱带来的返酸,返碱,电效低下;研究通过改变电解槽结构,使电解液ph值稳定在7~7.5,使电解反应平稳有序,实现节能降耗和清洁生产。
The production of electrolytic manganese has a history of more than 60 years in China.With the increase of production capacity,the process technology and equipment are constantly improving,but the technology progress of the production core equipment(electrolytic cell)is not big.Aiming at the current situation of electrolytic cell,we have found the problems of dirty,disordered and poor cleaning of electrolytic cell were discussed.We have also solved the electrolytic cell reaction chaos caused by acid return,alkali return and low electrical efficiency.By changing the structure of electrolytic cell,the PH value of electrolyte can be stabilized at 7~7.5.The electrolytic reaction can be stable and orderly,and the energy saving and consumption reduction and clean production can be realized.
