对国际疼痛学会疼痛新定义的看法

A view on the new pain definition of International Association for the Study of Pain

国际疼痛学会的疼痛新定义与旧定义相比,将"描述的类似损伤相关……"换成了"类似相关的损伤",仅删去了"描述(described)"一词,提出了比以前更广义的概念。疼痛新定义是个涉及人和动物的认知、社会、伦理及哲学等多层面的术语,而疼痛临床讨论的是人的疼痛相关疾病。本文认为新定义忽略了感觉神经系统是引起疼痛的重要生理学基础,也无法把损伤相关的疼痛感与痒、酸、麻、胀等不愉快的感觉与情感体验明显地区分开来。

Compared with the old pain definition,the new pain definition of International Association for the Study of Pain changes the"described in terms of such damage"into"resembling that associated with...damage",cuts out only the word"described",and puts forward a broader concept than before.The new definition refers to multilevel terminology of cognition,society,ethics and philosophy,but the pain clinic is to deal with the pain-related diseases.It is considered that the new definition ignores that the sensory nervous system is an important physiological basis for pain,which is impossible to distinguish pain from unpleasant sensations and emotional experiences such as itching,acidy,numbness and swelling sensations.
