内脏痛的静息态功能性磁共振成像研究进展

Research progress of resting functional magnetic resonance imaging in visceral pain

摘要 内脏痛是一种临床常见病症,因病因复杂,目前对其机制研究尚不深入。近年来,功能性磁共振成像(fMRI)技术被广泛运用于慢性疼痛相关神经病理机制的研究。本文主要综述静息态fMRI在内脏痛领域的最新研究进展。 Visceral pain is a common clinical condition.Due to the complex etiology,the mechanism research of visceral pain is still in the initial stage.The functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technology has been widely used to study the neuropathological mechanism of chronic pain in recent years.The latest research of functional magnetic resonance imaging of visceral pain in resting state was summarized in this article.
