摘要
通过中法美三国长寿命沥青路面设计指标的对比,分析我国半刚性基层沥青路面设计指标的局限性。依据我国最新版的公路沥青路面设计规范《公路沥青路面设计规范》(JTGD50-2017),结合长寿命沥青路面的特点,推荐适合我国的长寿命沥青路面典型结构,并选取沥青混合料层层底拉应变、无机结合料稳定层层底拉应力以及沥青混合料层永久变形量作为设计指标,分别用以控制沥青混合料层疲劳开裂、无机结合料稳定层疲劳开裂损坏以及沥青路面变形。运用多因素多指标的正交试验方法,分析各个路面结构层参数对指标的影响程度。数据表明,沥青层厚对指标的影响最为显著。最后,结合工程实际给出一定的建议。
Through the comparison of long-life asphalt pavement design indicators in China,France and the United States,the limitations of China's semi-rigid base asphalt pavement design indicators were analyzed.According to Chinese latest version of the highway asphalt pavement design code‘Highway Asphalt Pavement Design Code’(JTG D50-2017),suitable long-life asphalt pavement typical structures in China were recommended combining the characteristics of long-life asphalt pavement.The bottom tensile strain of asphalt mixture layer,the bottom tensile stress of inorganic binder stabilized layer and the permanent deformation of asphalt mixture layer were selected as design index to control the fatigue cracking of the asphalt mixture layer,the fatigue cracking damage of the inorganic binder stabilized layer and the deformation of the asphalt pavement,respectively.Using the orthogonal test method of multiple factors and multiple index,the influence degree of each pavement structure layer parameter on the index was analyzed.The data showed that the asphalt layer thickness had the most significant influence.Finally,some suggestions were given based on the actual project.
