城市桥梁型钢护栏结构优化与防护能力评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对城市桥梁型钢护栏存在的防护能力提升与经济节材矛盾的问题,通过分析现金属梁柱式护栏特点,提出一种类椭圆形护栏横梁截面,基于SB级、SA级、SS级防护要求,分别提出采用类椭圆形截面横梁的型钢护栏设计方案,且护栏关键设计参数经计算均满足现行规范要求,同时通过小客车与大客车仿真碰撞实验与经济效益分析得到,该新型型钢护栏在满足城市桥梁安全防护要求的同时,可分别降低每公里单侧SB级、SA级、SS级型钢护栏25.68t、19.19t、28.16t钢材使用量。 In view of the contradiction between the improvement of the protection ability and the material saving of the steel barriers for urban bridges,by analyzing the characteristics of the existing girder-and-post steel barrier,this paper proposed a kind of similar elliptical cross-beam section of barrier.Based on the protection requirements of SB,SA and SS grades,the design scheme of the steel barriers with similar elliptical cross-section beam were given,and the key design parameters of the barrier were calculated to meet the requirements of the current specification.Meanwhile,though the simulation collision experiment of car and bus and economic benefit analysis,the new type of steel barriers could meet the protection requirements while reducing the steel consumption per kilometer of 25.68 tons,19.19 tons and 28.16 tons of SB,SA and SS steel barriers.
