摘要
桥梁现浇盖梁施工所选用的支撑体系在施工中有着至关重要的地位,直接影响了施工进度、安全、质量及工程造价。现以上海市某国道改建工程现浇盖梁施工项目为例,分析抱箍法、满堂支架法、销棒法的优缺点及适用范围,阐述项目选用抱箍法施工的原因。并介绍了抱箍法现浇盖梁施工支撑体系设计和施工工艺,具体位置的抱箍法现浇盖梁施工支撑体系设计介绍,其安装、预压监测、拆除等工序。最后结合施工过程中遇到的一系列问题,总结了抱箍法现浇盖梁设计及施工的注意事项,以期对其他现浇盖梁工程提供借鉴。
The support system used in the construction of cast-in-place bent cap plays an important role in the bridge construction.The support system directly affects the construction progress,safety,quality and project cost.This paper took the cast-in-place bent cap construction project of a national road reconstruction project in Shanghai as an example,and analyzed the advantages,disadvantages and applications of hoop method,full support method,pin bar method,and expounded the reasons for the selection of hoop method in this project.This paper also introduced the design and construction technology of support system for cast-in-place bent cap with hoop method.This paper mainly introduced the design,installation,preloading,monitoring and other production processes of the support system for cast-in-place bent cap with hoop method.Finally,this paper combined a series of problems encountered in the construction process to summarize the attention points in the design and construction of cast-in-place bent cap with hoop method to provide reference for other cast-in-place bent cap projects.
