高韧型冷拌环氧沥青的开发及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对现有冷拌环氧沥青存在的抗疲劳性能不足、相稳定性较差等问题,通过活性增韧剂的引入,改善环氧骨架的韧性,并添加活性增容剂,以改善环氧相与沥青相之间的相容性。通过胶结料拉伸实验和混凝土马歇尔试验,优化了高韧型冷拌环氧沥青中活性增韧剂、活性增容剂及柔性固化剂的掺量;然后基于优选的胶结料,进行了高韧型冷拌环氧沥青混凝土性能验证。结果表明:40℃下高韧型冷拌环氧沥青混凝土的容留时间可达2 h,且其具有良好的水稳定性、高温稳定性,优异的低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能。高韧型冷拌环氧沥青进一步丰富了钢桥面铺装的选择空间。 The fatigue resistance and phase stability of cold-mixed epoxy asphalt are insufficient.In this paper,reactive toughening agent was employed to improve the toughness of epoxy skeleton,and reactive compatilizer was introduced to improve the compatibility between epoxy phase and asphalt phase.The content of reactive toughening agent,reactive compatilizer and flexible hardener were optimized by tensile test and Marshall test.Furthermore,the properties of high toughness cold-mix epoxy asphalt concrete were verified based on the preferred binder.As study shown,the duration time of high toughness cold-mix epoxy asphalt concrete at 40℃was 2h.Moreover,the high toughness cold-mix epoxy asphalt concrete had good moisture susceptibility,high temperature resistance,low temperature cracking resistance and fatigue resistance.As a result,the high toughness cold mix epoxy asphalt further enriched the choice space of steel bridge deck pavement.
