摘要
随着交通基础设施建设的大量投入,存量道路的体量逐年上升,道路维护工程的投资额也逐年提升。然而,道路维修设计方案存在路面结构大比例翻挖、精细化设计不足等问题,造成维护工程投资普遍偏高,交通维护资金的使用效率较低。现就道路维护类工程项目设计费取费的方式进行创新,将道路维护项目的建设内容及规模,取代工程费用作为取费依据,计算工程设计费。使设计费的计算方式更贴近工程设计工作量的实际,科学合理,在一定程度上保证了设计单位的利益,鼓励他们进行精细化设计。实际上也是保护工程项目的利益,为项目的投资控制提供保障。
In order to improve the economy of road maintenance design schemes and protect the interests of designers,a new method to calculate the design cost of road maintenance engineering projects was proposed in the paper.The calculation of road maintenance engineering quantity from the engineering costs was decoupled by this method.The design cost calculation mode based on the construction content and scale was established to make the calculation method of design cost more scientific and reasonable.The design scheme was optimized to ensure the designers charge.Finally,the overall reduction of road maintenance engineering cost was realized.
