基于信息化管控数据合格率及稳定性的沥青路面施工质量评价方法研究

Study on the Evaluation Method of Asphalt Pavement Construction Quality Based on Qualified Rate and Stability of Informatization Control Data

通过沥青路面施工信息化管控技术,获取路面施工关键指标大数据;利用栅格法划分道路线型,确定施工过程各环节关键指标的分布位置;引进合格率与稳定性计算方法,量化各指标质量;应用层次分析法,建立信息化管控评价指标体系。最后以实际工程项目为案例分析评价体系的实用性。

Through the asphalt pavement construction information management technology to obtain the key data of pavement construction,grid method was used to determine the quality distribution of each position in the construction process.Qualification rate and stability calculation method were introduced to quantify the quality of the index.Analytic hierarchy method was used to establish the evaluation index system of information management and control in the whole process of pavement construction.Finally the practicality of the evaluation system was analyzed based on the actual project.
