摘要
针对航天机加工产品数控程序离散化、数据不一致、缺乏共享性等问题,文中提出了一种基于Protocol Buffer协议的数控程序管理系统。该系统通过分析车间型号产品工艺数字化需求,针对数控程序复杂、海量、迭代快的特征,提出利用MQTT连接技术将数控程序同机床DNC系统连接,同时基于Protocol Buffer协议设计了数据序列化方法,保证了数据存储和传输的轻量化。系统实现了数控程序的存储、检索、更新和共享应用,一定程度上解决了生产过程数控程序的离散化问题,为航天型号智能制造提供了一种思路。
Aiming at the problems of discretization,inconsistency and lack of sharing about NC program in aerospace machining products,this paper puts forward a NC program management system based on Protocol Buffer protocol.By analyzing the process digitalization requirements of aerospace model products,aiming at the characteristics of complex,massive and fast iteration of NC program,the system uses MQTT connection technology to connect NC program with DNC system of machine tool,and designs data serialization method based on Protocol Buffer to ensure the lightweight of data storage and transmission.The system realizes the storage,retrieval,update and sharing application of NC program,partly solves the discretization problem of NC program in production process,and provides an idea for intelligent manufacturing of aerospace model.
